Staying connected with your database is easy
with Client Connector ~
- You choose the card
- Submit your database
- We address, stamp and mail the cards for you
according to your scheduled mailing program.
You will receive a proof via email of the inside of your
card, and your mailing list 1 month before each mailing
to make any necessary changes.
Personalization Options
The following services are no additional cost.
Ink Colors~ The seasonal cards such as
4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Holiday and New
Year, have a choice of seven ink colors: black, blue,
burgundy, red, and gold. inks. All other cards have
three ink color choices: black, blue and burgundy. We
will ask on your proofs prior to mailing. Black is the
default color in all cases.
Font styles and size~ A total of
fourteen different fonts are available for the custom
and personalized copy, in sizes from 12 pt to 24pt.
Alternative verses~ Each card design
has a standard verse written, changes can be made to fit
your profession. Some or all the verbiage may be changed
to your preference.
Custom verse~ We make it easy for you
to write your own custom verse, up to 6 lines deep.
Simply type in what you want to say, one line at a time,
and send us an email regarding that particular card
changes.
Personalized Copy~ This option allows
you to add your own copy below the verse at no charge to
you. Note that if you are adding a logo or signatures,
you may decide not to add personalized copy as things
tend to look crowded.
Signature~ Add up to 5 signatures to
your mailings. Signatures can be in different color ink
to offset from copy.

1. send them to us as an email attachment (.jpg,
Illustrator file or TIFF preferred), or 2. mail or
overnight them to us in hard copy form. Feel free to add
any comments you may have regarding layout, etc.
Database Management~ Take the fear out of managing massive, or even medium
sized databases and mailings. with Client Connector,
your task is as easy as pushing a button. We’re experts
at maintaining your important client lists; and we have
a strict, Guaranteed Policy of total client
confidentiality. There’s no better way to manage your
time - and your results - than through Client Connector
database services.
Low cost personalization
options
Signatures~ Add 6-10 signatures ($30 to
$60). Signatures can be in different color ink to offset
from copy.
There are two options on getting the signatures to us:
1. send them to us as an email attachment (.jpg,
Illustrator file or TIFF preferred), or 2. mail or
overnight them to us in hard copy form. Feel free to add
any comments you may have regarding layout, etc.
Logo~ Add a one-color or full-color
logo $35. Whether your logo is one color, two color,
three color or even full-color, we can add it to the
inside of your cards for the same price: $35. Simply
email your logo to us, when it arrives the logo will
appear on the inside of the card. Match colors can only
be approximated, but should appear very close to your
selected color. Finally, be sure the logo you provide is
of a high quality.
You can expect an email proof of our recommended layout
on your selected card We will then make any changes
required, show a final email proof as needed and go to
press.
Additional database services
- Sending you mailing labels ($10 charge)
- Maintaining up to 5 separate databases $25
monthly fee. ($5 extra for each database over five.)
If we hand-enter data, we charge $0.15 per name.
There is no additional fee to hand-enter names after the
first month of services-provided client continues
services for at least 6 months.
