There is no extra charge to insert your business card, or for an insertion you want for a particular mailing. We will ask you each time with your proof if you would like to have your business card or other inserts in your mailing.  Additionally, Client Connector acts behind the scenes to let your client know that they mean so much to you.  Some of the ways in which we do this include:

  • All of our cards are 5"x7" cards printed on high-quality color gloss card stock, and come with a matching envelope.
  • All cards are sent with a likeness of your signature, and mailed with your business card enclosed (optional).
  • Each card is designed with your personal greeting.
  • Each envelope is personalized with your return address and hand affixed U.S. commemorative postage.
  • You may choose from a variety of card styles.  We continually introduce innovative card lines into our inventory, and we currently have over 180 cards on the Members Site for you to browse through once you join.
  • Mailing is included, and we don't use labels or bulk mailing.  Our emphasis is that this is a personal card sent from you.
  • We have customized card mailing programs for your industry and your business.
  • Each month you have a mailing, you will receive a list of clients receiving cards and which card has been mailed to your clients.  You also receive a list of your new clients, which indicates exactly how your client's names and addresses have been input into our customized computer database program.

Q: Why use Client Connector?
A: Client Connector is a full service marketing service, not a multi level marketing service. There are no monthly service fees, low initial set-up fee, and we do all the work! Choose your cards, submit your database, and you are done! We also send you a complimentary card at no cost each mailing, so you see what your client are receiving each mailing. Consumers continue to recognize the unique benefits of greeting cards, and a strong majority offer the following opinions:

Q: My clients already receive information from me on a regular basis.  Why should I use your service?
A: This type of mailing program is different than any other types of mailing you are doing.  This is the warm and personal side of doing business.  We all need to let our clients and customers know we appreciate them - they are the reason we are in business.  Also, cards are not perceived as "junk" mail.  Sending a card is not business as usual, but rather business with a personal touch.

Q: I have an assistant, why do I need you?
A: A periodic mailing program is time consuming.  It's actually less expensive for you to outsource this type of work than to pay an assistant to do it.  It also gives your assistant more time to perform industry specific activities.  We provide the inventory, card ordering, tracking of which card was sent to which client and our service is never interrupted by turnovers, sickness, vacations, etc.

Q: Why do I need your service if I call my clients on a regular basis?
A: That's great!  However, a personalized card has longevity.  A phone call lasts a couple of minutes, while a card is almost always displayed and kept for weeks at a time.

Q: Can I select my own cards?
A: Yes, with our Sphere Mailing Program, you can custom select the cards that you would like to send out.  This way you can select cards that will best represent you to your customers.  Client Connector has a large selection of cards, and we are constantly adding more.

Q: Can I select my own mailing schedule?
A: In our Sphere Mailing Program, schedule and frequencies can be customized to suit your need.  We prefer a minimum of four mailings per year for this program.  You can send mailings monthly, every other month, quarterly and even on randomly selected months.  You can really customize this program if you wish to do so.

Q: How do I keep track of my customers?
A: You do not need to, because we will use our program to keep track of this data for you.  Client Connector will maintain and back it up for you.

Q: Do I get a breakdown/itemized listing of my monthly invoice?
A: Yes.  You will receive a monthly invoice that will contain a detailed breakdown of your customers' names that received a mailing for that month, and the type of program in which they are included.  You will know exactly where your money is spent and who is receiving your mailing.
